The
story of the milk jam
In the past summers, Stéphanie used to sell home-made milk jam
to the tourists, at the beginning, it was her sister's idea : the latter
taught her the recipe.
Then, she met Clara in a technical school for commerce (BTS Action
Commerciale) in 1995.
Stéphanie's summer job became their joint company in 1997.
The manufacturing workshop
This manufacturing workshop was conceived in compliance with the European
standards as well as the Upper Veterinary Services (Direction des Services
Vétérinaires).
Yearly analyses of our products are regularly carried out.
