The Milk Jam

A mix of fresh full milk from the farm with sugar. Cooking lasts several hours in order to give a toffee taste to the jam. Jars are closed when the jam is still hot so as to carry out natural sterilization. This manufacturing process is thoroughly a craftsman's one.

We offer various flavours (plain, vanilla, nut, orange, coconut, chocolate, coffee, grand-marnier, almond, apple and calvados).

The milk jam is delicious on pancakes, bread, croissants, or mixed with yogurts or cottage cheese, or as a "sauce" over ice-ceram...

Registered model : paper doilies to cover jam jar

Fondants du Cotentin - Lait Douceur de Normandie

Fudge from Cotentin

We manufacture the inner part of the chocolate which consists of a savoury mix of milk jam with white chocolate. M. Morisset, a pastry and chocolate manufaturer in Valognes cuts out and coats the sweets (with black or milk chocolate).
You will appreciate the chocolate crisp and the softness of our recipe.

Boxing is made by ourselves.

Milk Jam Sweets

It is a mix of fresh cream, milk jam and glucose sirup cooked at a high temperature.

The "berlingot" shape is given by a craftsman's appliance. You will appreciate those sweets with flavours of yore and no coloring agents or gelatine, and no preservatives.
